I am a translator (English to German, member of the ATA), an experienced German language teacher (with a German Master's degree in teaching foreign languages), and a specialist in multilingual typesetting (DTP). Recipient of the Humbold Award (Humboldt University, Berlin).

Summary of my fields of expertise:

• Translation from English to German
• Teaching German to beginners and advanced students; (guided) German conversations on many topics; literary discussions. Author of "German Grammar Workbook. Adjective Endings, ein-words, der-words".
• Graphic design et al. services:
  • Multilingual typesetting (DTP; Desktop Publishing) of documents – in any imaginable language;
  • Conversion of your printed products (brochures, books) into eBooks (ePub and PDF);
  • Creation of small and medium-sized websites (HTML, CSS, Javascript) with mobile-friendly layouts;
  • Localization (i.e. foreign language layout) of websites for any market;
  • Publishing, i.e. production and distribution of printed books and brochures in several language, i.a. English, German and Esperanto.
    

I do a lot of work for other translation agencies that need to outsource typesetting or other projects; and my direct clients – publishing houses and others – ask me to design and lay out books and marketing materials and prepare them according to the specs of their printing companies.
